Throughout his career Mr. Santen has conducted nearly 1,000 valuations of privately held stock, preferred stock, stock options, mergers, venture capital, and intangible assets.

Much of Mr. Santen's valuation experience has involved ESOPs, however, he has also performed work for many privately held middle market companies.  In addition, he has performed valuation work for public corporations in the aerospace, chemical, and beverage industries.

Mr. Santen is a Chartered Financial.  He holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, as well as a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting from Xavier University.
